Ceramic fiber round packing

Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260C classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber round packing is a braided rope made of type 1260C ceramic fiber yarns. The ceramic fiber round packing contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber round packing high temperature performance when it is used.

The ceramic fiber round packing could be used in thermal insulation and sealing of various stove and boiler, burner sealing, seal for heat exchange, kiln car, seal or insulation for heat resistant in furnace and seal for high temperature purpose.
