Biosoluble fiber twisted rope

Biosoluble fiber is made to replace the ceramic fiber in developed markets. So the biosoluble fiber’s physical performance is nearly the same with ceramic fiber. But as biosoluble fiber’s chemical composition is different from ceramic fiber, the biosoluble fiber has a better performance, it can be biodegradable. Biosoluble fiber is an environmental friendly high temperature fiber.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology biosoluble fiber twisted rope is a twisted rope made of Unifrax’s biosoluble fiber. The biosoluble fiber twisted rope contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the biosoluble fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the biosoluble fiber twisted rope high temperature performance when it is used.

The biosoluble fiber twisted rope could be used for high temperature pipes insulation and sealing, lining for electric wire and cable insulation, thermal insulation for electric stoves and ovens, sealing for boiler and high temperature gas-tight parts, etc.
