Biosoluble fiber square packing

Biosoluble fiber is made to replace the ceramic fiber in developed markets. So the biosoluble fiber’s physical performance is nearly the same with ceramic fiber. But as biosoluble fiber’s chemical composition is different from ceramic fiber, the biosoluble fiber has a better performance, it can be biodegradable. Biosoluble fiber is an environmental friendly high temperature fiber.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology biosoluble fiber square packing is a braided rope made of Unifrax’s biosoluble fiber. The biosoluble fiber square packing contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the biosoluble fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the biosoluble fiber square packing high temperature performance when it is used.

The biosoluble fiber square packing could be used in thermal insulation and sealing of various stove and boiler, burner sealing, seal for heat exchange, kiln car, seal or insulation for heat resistant in furnace and seal for high temperature purpose.
