Biosoluble fiber yarn

Biosoluble fiber is made to replace the ceramic fiber in developed markets. So the biosoluble fiber’s physical performance is nearly the same with ceramic fiber. But as biosoluble fiber’s chemical composition is different from ceramic fiber, the biosoluble fiber has a better performance, it can be biodegradable. Biosoluble fiber is an environmental friendly high temperature fiber.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology biosoluble fiber yarn is a high quality yarn made of Unifrax’s biosoluble fiber. The biosoluble fiber yarn contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the biosoluble fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the biosoluble fiber yarn high temperature performance when it is used.

The biosoluble fiber yarn could be used in weaving cloth, tape and sleeve, braided rope, twisted rope and other different types of biosoluble fiber textiles.
