Ceramic fiber yarn

Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260℃ classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber yarn is a high quality made of type 1260℃ ceramic fiber. The ceramic fiber yarn contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber yarn high temperature performance when it is used.

The ceramic fiber yarn could be used in weaving cloth, tape and sleeve, braided rope, twisted rope and other different types of ceramic fiber textiles.
