Cerami fiber sintered cloth

Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260C classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber sintered cloth is a woven fabric made of heat treated from ceramic fiber base cloth. The ceramic fiber sintered cloth contains about 3~5% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. This binder belongs to organic fiber type, which will lead to smoke or little fire when the white cloth is used in high temperature beginning. After sintered or heat treated, the binder could be removed a lot and avoid the smoke or fire when ceramic fiber cloth is used.

The ceramic fiber sintered cloth could be used in welding curtains and blankets, safety gloves and apron,  fire curtain and rolling shutters, stress relieving, removable insulation covers, fire blankets, fire curtains, expansion joints, flue ducts, flue liner protection, cable and wire insulation, pipe wrap, high temperature gaskets for flanges and wrapping material.
