Ceramic fiber sleeve

Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260℃ classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber sleeve is a woven fabric made of type 1260℃ ceramic fiber yarns. The ceramic fiber sleeve contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber sleeve high temperature performance when it is used.

The ceramic fiber sleeve could be used in high temperature resistant electrical cable, wire covering and high temperature pipe wrapping, etc.
