Ceramic fiber tadpole tape

Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of 90% inside it. Based on its 1260℃ classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesn’t burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.

Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber tadpole tape is a woven tape made of ceramic fiber tape and rope and stitches them by high temperature stitching thread. The ceramic fiber tadpole tape contains about 15~18% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber tadpole tape high temperature performance when it is used.

The ceramic fiber tadpole tape could be used in industrial thermal insulation, piping and electrical cable lining, shielding against heat radiation, high temperature oven door curtain, pipe wrap, high temperature gaskets for flanges and wrapping material, friction reinforcement materials, etc.
