What did we do during this period?

The virus came so suddenly to China that all the Chinese lives have been changed. Usually, we rested about 15 days during Chinese New Year holiday. And back to factory after the holiday. But this time, we all do not know when life can return to normal.

In fact, our factory has been closed over 30 days this time. And only half workers could back to factory in initial stage. So it is clear that all the orders will be delayed. But we do not hope to accept this result. We will do our best to take back these times.

First of all, our business team could work at home. So we could meet customers’ requirement and respond to customer emails in a timely manner. And our business team has checked all the logistics agents and made a lot of plans on the logistics.

In the factory, we have overhauled all the machines before the returning to work. Based the orders we have planned before the holiday, we adjusted our production plan. All the workers agreed to work longer in this special time. Of course, they have received higher overtime pay than required by law. And we also provided comprehensive logistical supplies. So our production capacity is restored by 85%. Until March, after all the workers returned to the factory, our production capacity was the usual 130%.

Based on the overtime work, our inspection department also increased the proportion of product inspections. Because we all understand that, the products quality is always more important than delivery. So we are sure that, our products quality is confirmed even in this special time.

Maybe some factories have problem in the raw material supplied this time. But this time our raw material stock is sufficient. In the previous years, we have met the problem of raw material after Chinese New Year holiday. Some suppliers did not return to work on time. So since the year 2018, we always prepare enough raw materials which could be used 1 month enough.

As the management team of our factory, we have additional responsibility that we should supervise our workshop disinfection daily. We also prepared enough face masks for our workers.

Last week, we had shipped 2 containers of ceramic fiber yarn, cloths and bio soluble fiber yarns. It appears that we are doing something right.
