China's industrialization process and socio-economic level have developed rapidly in the past 40 years. To a large extent, the growth of the country’s GDP cannot be ignored. The biggest problem brought about by the development of industrialization is environmental protection. Therefore, the development and use of various clean energy and energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials are extremely important for adjusting the industrial structure and taking a green development path. Ceramic fiber, as a light-weight, high-efficiency thermal insulation and refractory material, can reduce the loss of heat energy and reduce the waste of resources in industrial production and other applications. It has been widely used in industrial, civil, aerospace, national defense and other fields of high temperature resistance, Insulated parts.
For example, the ceramic fiber cloth made by Tianjin Tuolin Technology Co., Ltd. is a very important role in the industrial field.
Are you sure you really understand ceramic fibers?
Do many people in the industry really understand ceramic fiber cloth? Actually, it's not obvious. High-quality ceramic fiber cloth is an aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cloth made of ceramic fiber plus 18% organic fiber, spun with glass fiber (steel wire), and then woven into a cloth. Organic fibers can only be viscose, polyester or polypropylene. The glass fiber is preferably alkali-free, and the steel wire should be at least SUS304 stainless steel. The reason why the prices of many suppliers are cheap is that they actually do some work on the above accessories.
Why ceramic fiber cloth will be sintered?
A customer once left a message for us and asked "Why will ceramic fiber cloth be sintered?” In fact, this is because ceramic fibers are relatively short and brittle, and it is difficult to spin them into yarns. So traditionally, a certain proportion of organic fiber viscose is blended and then spun into yarn. However, organic fibers are combustible and will burn or slowly carbonize in high temperature environment. Therefore, if a pre-sintering process is performed, that is, the ceramic fiber products are heated in the furnace for a certain period of time to carbonize the organic fibers. In this way, the organic fiber content in the ceramic fiber products is very small, and no smoke or only a small amount of smoke comes out during use.
